An Eatonton man was shot and killed late Thursday after climbing through his estranged girlfriend's window in Milledgeville.
Police found Herman Bundrage, 45, lying on the ground in front of Evelyn Goodman's home at 407 Prichard St. just before 9:30 p.m., according to a news release from the Milledgeville Police Department.
Investigators determined Goodman's guest, Daryl Oneil Waller, got into a fight with Bundrage that led to gunfire. Bundrage was later pronounced dead at Oconee Regional Medical Center.
Charges are pending the outcome of the investigation. Anyone with information is urged to call Milledgeville police at (478) 414-4000.
