CHARTER OAK - Los Angeles County Coroner officials released the names of the man and woman who were discovered dead inside a Charter Oak home in what investigators are calling a murder-suicide.
Guillermo Gamboa, 41, of Los Angeles and Jacqueline Molina, 33, of Covina were discovered dead Monday by deputies at 5:19 p.m. inside a home in the 5000 block of Jenifer Avenue, authorities said.

Detectives believe Gamboa murdered Molina and then committed suicide.
The man suffered a fatal gunshot wound, Lt. Don Slawson of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said.
A handgun was found near Gamboa's body, he said.
Molina's cause of death remained a mystery, deputies said.
"At this point we are going to have to wait for the autopsy report," Slawson said, "There are no outside signs of trauma."
A friend called 9-1-1 when he received a call from Gamboa saying he "was sorry for what he had done and for his friend to please call the police," Slawson said.
When deputies arrived, they discovered the two bodies, he said.
The man and woman were living at the residence together and were in a relationship, authorities said.
Neighbors did not hear arguing leading up to the deaths, deputies said.
Detectives are continuing to interview family Tuesday in hopes of determining a motive for
the murder-suicide, Slawson said.
A compilation of daily news articles from around the United States about deaths (including both people and animals) that appear to occur in the context of a past or present intimate relationship, focusing on 2009-present. (NOTE: this blog is limited to incidents that appear in the media and are captured by our search terms. We recognize this is not an exhaustive portrayal of all deaths resulting from intimate violence.) When is society going to realize intimate violence makes victims of us all?
