East Liverpool, OH: Columbiana County Man Held on Bond in Girlfriend's Death

82-Year-Old E. Liverpool Man Stabs Girlfriend to Death
The Columbiana County grand jury will soon decide if an 82-year-old East Liverpool man should be indicted in the stabbing of his 51-year-old girlfriend.

A preliminary hearing for Clyde Harris was held Thursday morning in East Liverpool. The judge decided there was probable cause to have the case bound over to the grand jury.

Harris is accused of stabbing Cynthia Cline on Saturday.

According to police, the stabbing happened at this apartment complex on Baum street in East Liverpool. Reports say Harris was highly intoxicated and had a bloody knife next to him. Police found another knife near Cline.

Harris is being held in jail on $500,000 bond.
