Police on Wednesday identified the man who they say was killed by his wife Tuesday as 31-year-old Harry Harper Jr.
Officials say they responded at 1:54 p.m. Tuesday to a call of a stabbing at 5809 War Admiral Drive in Del Valle. Harper was taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge, where he died from his injuries, police said. They said he was stabbed during a dispute with his wife, 28-year-old Kia Carter.
Carter, at right, was taken into custody Tuesday without incident and arrested on an unrelated theft warrant. No charges have been filed in Harper’s death, officials said.
Anyone with information on the case is asked to call the homicide tip line at 477-3588, or Crime Stoppers at 472-8477.
