ANACONDA — Authorities in western Montana say a 70-year-old Anaconda man killed his 72-year-wife and then himself at their home.
Anaconda Police Chief Tim Barkell tells the Montana Standard that the man used a handgun, but the motivation for the shootings early Friday morning is unknown.
Barkell says the bodies have been taken to the state crime lab in Missoula.
Names have not been released.
