CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A warrant has been issued for a man who is accused of being involved with the accidental shooting death of his girlfriend.
Michael Hesson is facing a having weapons under disability charge in connection with the death of his girlfriend, Janice Svajda. Hesson's friend, Riley Feller, is charged with reckless homicide and having weapons under disability for shooting Svajda.
Hesson was scheduled for arraignment Thursday morning, but failed to show up. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Feller was also arraigned Thursday morning for his charges related to Svajda's death. He is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $300,000 bond.
Both Hesson and Feller are also facing charges for the brutal beating of a homeless man last year.
