Tyler Jackson accused of killing Chloe Gessner
FOND DU LAC - A Fond du Lac man has been ordered to stand trial on charges he killed his girlfriend’s 18-month-old daughter.
Tyler Jackson, 22, appeared in court Thursday. He has been charged with first-degree reckless homicide in the death of Chloe Gessner. Jackson initially said the girl died after falling down a set of stairs, but doctors said her injuries were inconsistent with that claim. Prosecutors said Jackson later admitted playing rough with the girl.
Jackson’s next court date has not set; he is asking for a new judge to hear the case.
