ZEPHYRHILLS A 31-year-old man has been arrested by Zephyrhills detectives in the stabbing death of his girlfriend.
L.C. Anthony Floyd Jr. is being booked into the Land O' Lakes Jail on a murder charge.
Shortly before 10:30 Sunday night, city police were called to the area of Pretty Pond and Wire roads where they found Jennifer Felicia Parker, 35, dead from multiple stab wounds. She had last been seen there with Floyd, whom she lived with, shortly before police arrived, according to Capt. Rob McKinney.
Police are being assisted by the Pasco Sheriff's forensic investigators and the Pasco-Pinellas State Attorney's Office in the case. The investigation continues and a motive for the slaying has not yet been released.
