UPDATE 12/16/11 @ 2 p.m.
MINGO COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- An ongoing argument over a woman turned deadly in Mingo County, according to investigators.
West Virginia State Police tell WSAZ.com Steven Hitt went to a house on Mark's Branch Road in Newtown about 11:45 p.m. Thursday.
That was where Justin Jordan was staying.
According to investigators, Hitt and Jordan had been involved in an ongoing argument because troopers say Hitt's estranged wife was in a relationship with Jordan.
Troopers say Hitt shot and killed Jordan and then turned the gun on himself.
