Green Valley, AZ: Green Valley shooting leaves 1 man dead this morning

GREEN VALLEY - A domestic dispute in Green Valley has left 1 man dead this morning. According to Pima County Sheriff Department, the shooting happened in the 400 block of W. Apero Drive around 2:30 this morning.

The man has been identified as 28 year old Anthony Peters. According to Sheriff Department, Peters and his girlfriend were involved in a domestic dispute earlier. The girlfriend was able to escape to a neighbor's house. Peters forced his way into that house, says the Sheriff Department.

Peters forced his girlfriend out of that house and into his car. When the neighbor came out of the house, the girlfriend was able to escape again and ran off.
