A Frankford man wanted in the slayings of his girlfriend and her 25-year-old son surrendered to police on Monday.
Ron Larkin, 38, was charged with two counts of murder in Sunday's shooting deaths of Dorothy Flora, 54, and Shane Ferguson, 25, early Sunday in their home on the 4600 block of Leiper Street, police said.
Investigators said a domestic disturbance preceded the gunfire. "We don't know exactly what it was about," said Homicide Capt. James Clark. Larkin left the house, returned about 1 a.m., and shot Flora and Ferguson several times, Clark said. - Sam Wood
