The Fayetteville man convicted of beating and stabbing his ex-girlfriend will not receive a rehearing.
31-year-old Zachariah Marcyniuk was convicted in the 2007 death of 24-year-old Katie Wood of Greenbrier who was a senior at the University of Arkansas.
Friday, the Arkansas Supreme Court denied Marcyniuk's request for a rehearing of his capital murder conviction.
