EL PASO, Texas -- Late Tuesday morning, Judge Gonzalo Garcia set a jury-selection date in the case of David Marmolejo who is charged in the homicide of his mother.
Garcia set a jury selection date of Oct. 1. He also suppressed all cell phone records in the case. Prosecutors had said in court that records linked Marmolejo to the crime.
Gloria Marmolejo was strangled and then dumped in the desert near Santa Teresa, New Mexico.PrintEmail
