An Ellicott City woman will go to trial for the February 2011 death of her husband.
According to court records, Nancy Fleming Molony, 53, is charged with
second-degree murder, manslaughter and reckless endangerment in the
death of her husband, Kevin Patrick Molony.
Kevin Molony 51, was found dead at his home on the 4000 block of Chariots Flight Way in February of 2011. A
quadriplegic since a car collision in 2007, he was being cared for by
family members and nurses, according to police.
The initial examination of Kevin Molony did not determine how he
died, according to police, but after further testing, his death was
ruled a homicide.
Heaerings on pre-trial motions are scheduled for Thursday at 2 p.m.
and Friday at 1:30 p.m., according to the Howard County State’s
Attorney’s Office.
