FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- The man wanted for questioning in the shooting death of his wife, Bozena Kovacs, in Boca Raton Friday morning, has been captured by U.S. Marshals. Robert Kovacs was located and arrested Tuesday at a Pollo Tropical in Fort Lauderdale. He was walking out of the restaurant, when deputies approached him.

"He's a coward, he's a total coward," said Gary Bracken, Bozena's ex-husband.
Bozena Kovacs's ex-husband and father of her two grown children is certain 44-year-old Robert Kovacs murdered his ex-wife in cold blood.
The family says he and Bozena had only been married a year, and police say they had an argument sometime Thursday night before gunfire erupted.
The shooting happened inside the family's rented home on Clear Brook Circle. Bozena's daughter made the gruesome discovery, her mother dead on the bedroom floor with a gunshot wound to her head.
"To find your mother in that situation, it's devastating," said Bracken.
Robert was arrested in Broward County in July for possesion of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance and domestic violence. He wasn't supposed to have any contact with his wife.
But her family says he was still with her, and that he had been torturing her for months. Bozena was 74-year-old Al Kubiak's only child. He lived with her so she could care for him.
Kovacs was booked in the Broward County jail Tuesday night.
