SALEM, Va. - Missing 12-year-old Virginia girl whose mother was found dead may be a victim of an abduction according to police. Roanoke County Police Chief Ray Lavinder issued a warrant for 32-year-old Jeffrey Scott Easley with abduction after 12-year-old Brittany Mae Smith turned up missing.
An Amber Alert was issued in hopes someone will spot her, Easley and the car he may be driving.
