La Vergne, TN: Man Accused In Girlfriend's Death Back In Tenn.

Maximiliano Ocon On Suicide Watch

La VERGNE, Tenn. -- The man accused of killing a La Vergne mother and using her blood to write a satanic message on her bedroom wall, then skipping town, is back in Tennessee.
Maximiliano Ocon was booked into the Rutherford County Jail Wednesday night. Deputies transported him back to Tennessee from the Harris County Jail in Houston, Texas.
Ocon is facing second-degree murder charges in connection with the death of his girlfriend, Rafaela Ortiz, in her La Vergne home. Ocon was delayed in being brought back to Tennessee because he attempted to kill himself while in jail in Houston, according to authorities there. Authorities said Ocon took the blade of a disposable razor and cut his throat.
Ocon is being held without bond and is on suicide watch.
