The Portage County man accused of killing his estranged girlfriend and two of his children is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
36-year-old Shane Kettner has a pre-trial hearing. A date for his trial could be set.
Kettner has pleaded not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect to three charges of first degree intentional homicide. Doctors have completed his mental health exams.
Last April, 30-year-old Christine Gollon, 3-year-old Ashley Kettner and 2-year-old Griffin Kettner were found dead in their gasoline-soaked home in Nelsonville.
Kettner and his infant daughter were found alive in the home.
