OVERLAND PARK, KAN. - Three siblings from Overland Park are trying to get their dad out of prison. Ken Haddock is serving a life sentence at Lansing Correctional Facility in the death of his wife, Barbara Haddock.
She was killed in 1992, but his children don't believe their father is responsible for her death. Officers found Barbara Haddock under a pile of wood at the family's home. Prosecutors said Haddock killed his wife because of stress from a pending prison term for fraud. His lawyers said he had an alibi. The family is now getting help from KU's law schoo
