Bethesda, MD: Police Investigating Apparent Murder-Suicide on Westbard Avenue

Montgomery County Police are investigating two deaths in an apparent muder-suicide in the 5400 block of Westbard Avenue in Bethesda.

The bodies of Hong Trang Tracy Vu, of the 10900 block of New Hampshire Avenue in Silver Spring, and Martin Sean O'Toole, 38, of Bethesda, were found in an apartment bedroom by police and Montgomery County Fire and Rescue personnel at approximately 11:11 a.m. Saturday.
