WEAKLEY COUNTY, Tenn. - Police in Weakley County began an investigation Thursday into what they think is a murder-suicide.
Shortly before 8 a.m. on October 20, the Weakley County Sheriff's Department received a call and responded to 2586 Paris Highway 54 east of Dresden, and found 51-year-old Janice E. Reasons deceased from a gunshot wound.
During the subsequent investigation, Janice Reasons' estranged husband Randy Reasons , 54, was found in another area deceased from what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Both bodies have been sent for an autopsy, and the case is still under investigation. The Weakley County Sheriff's Department is being assisted by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations.
