DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) - The man Dayton police said killed his wife Sunday has been caught in Indiana.

Keith Alan Wilson, 44 was arrested by the Indianapolis SWAT Team Monday morning at the home of family members. Wilson was taken into custody without incident.

Dayton detectives found 40-year-old Marney Wilson shot to death in her car that was parked in the driveway of her Audrey Place home at about 5 p.m. Sunday. The couple was reportedly having marital problems. Officials told 2 NEWS the woman had recently served her husband with divorce papers and a temporary restraining order.

"It is a tragic situation," said Dayton Police Sergeant Dan Mauch. "The couple was getting ready to go through a divorce and the husband just could not accept that."

According to detectives, the woman was at the house with their children. She was packing their belongings into the car when police said Keith Wilson came to the house. An argument ensued and police said the husband fired a single gun shot at the victim.
