ROCKVILLE, Ind. -- A man charged in the death of another man could face up to a 330-year prison sentence if convicted.
Jeremy Musall made his first court appearance in Rockville on Wednesday.
Parke County officials said Musall killed Joseph Snow in the southeastern part of the county on Saturday. Snow had been dating Musall's former girlfriend.
Prosecutors said that after killing Snow, Musall took off with his ex-girlfriend's 20-month-old daughter and Snow's body.
Musall was later arrested in Cloverdale after a short pursuit involving police.
The child was unharmed, and Snow's body was found in another location.
Musall was being held Thursday without bond.
