FEDERAL WAY, Wash. -- Two people were found dead inside a home on Thursday afternoon.
Federal Way police responded to a call about a possible murder-suicide at approximately 3 p.m.
Officers arrived at the home in the 32800 block of 20th Avenue two bodies inside with gunshot wounds. Investigators said the victims, a man and a woman in their 70s, were initially found by a relative.
Detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
Police have not identified the victims; however, neighbors said an elderly couple lives in the home. They said the wife was suffering from serious health problems, and had just come home from an assisted care facility on Thursday.
