HOUSTON – Police are searching for a man accused of killing his ex-wife’s new husband during an argument on New Year’s Eve in west Harris County.
Louis Armando Rojas, 25, has been charged with murder and an arrest warrant has been issued for his arrest, according to authorities.
Deputies said Rojas went to his ex-wife’s home in the 18000 block of Widcombe near Barker Cypress around 5:30 p.m. to talk about their 5-year-old daughter.
Rojas and the victim, identified as Louis Ernesto Loperia, began arguing, Rojas then pulled out a gun and shot Loperia multiple times.
Loperia was transported to the hospital, where he later died.
