TACOMA, Wash. -- A man was shot and killed during an officer-involved shooting in Tacoma.
Police said the incident began as what is called a rolling domestic violence situation. A man was in his car chasing his wife or girlfriend who was driving her own car Wednesday afternoon.

She called 911 and a dispatcher directed her to a south-side police substation. She headed there while officers tried to pull over the man.
Police said he drove down South Alaska Street and turned onto South 58th Street when he stopped his car and fired at police. Four police officers returned fire, killing the man.
Chopper 7 video showed a bullet-ridden vehicle surrounded by three police cars.
No officers were injured.
