Police are investigating a potential murder-suicide after finding a recently divorced couple fatally shot in the ex-husband's driveway Tuesday night.
Police Capt. Steve Cook said police were called to the home around 8 p.m. after witnesses heard multiple gunshots in the 2200 block of Bedford Road.
The body of the woman was found sitting in her vehicle, which was parked in the driveway. The ex-husband appeared to have turned the gun on himself.
Investigators confirmed Wednesday that Susan Pawlecki Jarrell of Rochester Hills, 45, and Kenneth Wayne Jarrell, 46, of Bloomfield Township, died Tuesday. They divorced last year.
