MARLIN - A man is behind bars in Falls County, accused of shooting and killing a woman before turning the gun on himself.
Marlin police say James Fulton Jr. shot Jaime Osborne in the head with a .22 caliber rifle Friday night at the Plantation Apartments. Fulton then turned the gun on himself.
Osborne was pronounced dead at the scene. Fulton was taken to the hospital, but was released and taken to the Falls County Jail Monday.
He's being held on a $450,000 bond.
