The man charged with leaving a young boy to die after being hit by a car was arraigned today.
Ethan Chic-Colbert was accused of beating his girlfriend by the side of the road on March 5th, when her son got out to help.
The son, Jahlil Clements, was hit by a car and killed.
Chic-Colbert has been on charges of kidnapping, domestic battery, murder, child neglect resulting in death and child neglect creating substantial risk of serious bodily injury and death.
