A man suspected of killing his 58-year-old girlfriend in Grays Harbor County was arrested in Yakima County Wednesday afternoon.
The woman, who has not been identified yet, was found dead in her home on Clemens Road near Montesano around 8:00 a.m. Wednesday. Police believe her death is related to domestic violence.
Police named the victim's 58-year-old boyfriend, Eugene Vernon Elkins, Jr., as a suspect and launched statewide search. He was arrested without incident in Yakima County Wednesday afternoon.
