Rochester, N.Y.- A man who killed his girlfriend will spend 25 years to life in prison.
A Monroe County judge sentenced Samuel Sutton, 56, for killing Melanie Maxwell.
Maxwell's daughter found her body in their Saratoga Avenue home in August 2011.
Sutton pled guilty to manslaughter and the victim's family agreed to the sentence according to the District Attorney's office.
