HOUSTON (KTRK) -- Police say a man shot and killed his wife during a domestic dispute in northeast Houston.

Officers say they found the woman shot in the head at an apartment complex on Sterlingshire and Balsam Lane. Investigators say the husband shot her and then he gave himself up to police.
It's not clear why he opened fire. Homicide investigators are on the scene, looking into the case.
