FALL RIVER, Mass. (WPRI) - A Boston man will be arraigned Tuesday after being arrested for the shooting of his girlfriend.
The Fall River Herald News reports police were called to the Maple Gardens Apartments early Saturday morning after learning the woman had been shot in the neck.
When officers arrived, they say they wrestled a semi-automatic pistol from 28-year-old DeShawn Johnson before placing him under arrest.
The victim was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, but her condition is unknown.
