1 Dayton Man Shot, Killed

DAYTON, Ohio -- A man was shot and killed in the 3000 block of Wexford Place in Dayton around 1 p.m. Saturday just hours after police responded to a domestic violence call at the same address.

Dayton police said the altercation between two men was over the domestic violence incident from the night before. The altercation turned physical and resulted in the shooting.

The names of the victim and the suspect have not been released but the suspect has been taken into custody and has been cooperating, according to police.
