DES MOINES, Iowa -- A jury found an Iowa man guilty Thursday in a Knoxville woman's death last year, reported KNIA/KRLS radio.
erry Cobbins Jr. was found guilty of first-degree murder on Thursday morning.
Investigators said Michael Miller hired Cobbins, his co-worker, to kill his wife, Teresa Miller. Teresa was shot and killed in her home south of Knoxville on Jan. 7, 2011.
Cobbins faces a sentence of life in prison without parole, KNIA reported.
KNIA said Michael Miller is scheduled to go on trial later this month on the same charge of first-degree murder.
