An Anderson County man has been charged with murder in the Monday shooting death of his wife, Kentucky state police said.
Timothy Branson, 48, was indicted by an Anderson County grand jury on one count of murder and two counts of wanton endangerment.
The shooting was reported at 1:40 pm Monday. Modena S. Sutton Branson, 50, was pronounced dead at her home on Ballard Road by the Anderson County coroner.
An investigation resealed that Timothy Branson shot his wife and then shot himself, state police said.
