Los Angeles police shot and killed an armed man today when they responded to a domestic violence call in Pacoima.
Officers responded about 1 a.m. to a domestic violence call and encountered the armed man outside a home in the in the 1300 block of Corcoran Street, officials said. More than one officer fired on the gunman, who died at the scene.
Officials said not say whether the gunman fired at police. However, no one else was hurt.
Nearly a dozen people inside the home, where the call originated, were evacuated, officials said.
