TOLEDO, OHIO -- A Lucas County grand jury has handed down an indictment in the death of Jennifer Shively, the woman whose body was found in an Ottawa County marina last August.

Rodney D. Wahl, Sr., 39, has been indicted on two counts of aggravated murder and one count of murder. Authorities say Wahl's victims include Shively,26, and another woman, Ursula Graves.

Shively's body was found at Lamberjack's Marina in Oak Harbor in late August 2009. Authorities said her body had been at the location for at least two weeks before being found floating in an isolated part of the waterway. The East Toledo woman's body was identified days after being found. In the days following, Ottawa County Sheriff’s detective Kevin Meek realized most of Shively’s ties were in the Toledo-area so the Toledo Police Department was asked to follow the case.

The grand jury indictment comes after months of investigation and Shively's family searching for clues.

Ursula Graves, who police allege is Wahl's second victim, was found dead on Sept. 11, 2009. It was the same day she was in a Lucas County Court on a charge of child endangerment. Authorities say Graves was a potential witness in the Shively murder case because she was Wahl's girlfriend at the time of Shively's August death.

Wahl has an extensive criminal history in Toledo, including robbery, felonious assault, aggravated theft and domestic violence.
