OKLAHOMA CITY -- , Oklahoma City Police are investigating the eleventh homicide of 2010. Police say Cindy Watson was found dead in her southwest Oklahoma City home over the weekend. At the time, police were not sure how she died. However, Monday morning Watson's ex-husband turned himself in to the Shawnee Police Department.

Oklahoma City homicide detectives interviewed William Watson; at the conclusion of that interview he was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on a charge of first-degree murder.

According to the police report, Cindy Watson's roommate found her dead and naked in her bed.

A window was also found open.

There were no signs of a struggle and no sign of injury to the victim's body.

Court records show Cindy Watson had filed a protective order against William a year ago.

However, that order was not in place at the time of her death.

Police are still waiting on the Medical Examiner's Office to determine the exact cause of death.
