The estranged boyfriend of a 19-year-old Eagan woman confesses to stabbing her to death near Owatonna.We told you last week that the body of Kathryn Rose Anderson was found in a Steele County Ditch.Steele County Attorney Doug Ruth says Ryan S. Hurd is charged with second-degree murder for stabbing the woman 109 times and dumping her body near Owatonna.Hurd told authorities he stabbed Anderson after a domestic dispute escalated.He was arrested in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Friday...Ruth says Hurd has waived his extradition rights and will be brought back to Minnesota as soon as possible.
