Chippewa Township, MI: Isabella County man tells authorties he killed his wife
ISABELLA COUNTY (WJRT) -- (04/02/11) -- Police in Isabella County said a man told authorities he killed his wife. The Isabella County Sheriff says deputies found a 51-year-old woman's body in a pole barn in central Michigan's Chippewa Township.Gary Reen, 56, of Mount Pleasant, walked into the sheriff's department around 7 Friday night and told deputies he shot his wife Cheryl. Deputies went to the pole barn where they found her body. He's being held in the Isabella County Jail in Mount Pleasant on an open murder charge and a felony firearm charge.
