PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh police have charged a woman with the stabbing death of her boyfriend in the Hill District.
Ashley Wilson, 23, turned herself in to detectives Tuesday evening. She is charged with homicide.
Police said she killed Marquis White, 22, during an argument at an apartment on Grove Street on May 22.
He had been stabbed in the chest.
Officers questioned her that day but did not charge her pending a review of the case by the Allegheny County district attorney.
On Tuesday, homicide charges were approved and an arrest warrant was issued.
