A 46-year-old Greenfield man was killed Wednesday in what appears to be a shooting linked to domestic violence, according to the Greenfield Police Department.
At 1 p.m., multiple 911 calls reported gunshots and a woman screaming on the 4500 block of W. Morgan Ave., said Deputy Inspector Brad Wentlandt.
Police found the man dead inside his home with a gunshot wound to the chest. The man's 35-year-old wife is in custody and being questioned. A weapon was also recovered.
Wentlandt said that they are not seeking any other suspects.
