35-year-old Tony Fulton Wells of Wolf Rd. is behind bars on a million dollar bond facing second degree murder charges in the shooting death of his live-in girlfriend, Bobbie Walker.
Sergeant Mike Butcher of the Union County Sheriff's Office says that Fulton will be in court Feb. 4, 2010.

Officials are investigating a Union County shooting which left a 35-year-old woman dead inside a home.
According to the Union County Sheriff's Office, officials found Bobbie Walker dead inside of a home on Wolf Road in Luttrell, TN on early Monday morning.
Detectives have not determined the classification of the shooting.
They are questioning a person of interest at this time, but did not realease any information about the suspect.
