BOSTON -- A Haverhill man faces charges in a domestic dispute that led to the death of his wife Tuesday afternoon, prosecutors said.
The Essex County District Attorney's Office identified the woman as Christina Mulgrave, 45, saying she was taken to Merrimack Valley Hospital, where she was pronounced dead at 4 p.m. She was found stabbed several times at the couple's apartment at 107 Chestnut St. about an hour prior.
The district attorney's office said Craig Mulgrave, 33, of Haverhill, faces arraignment Wednesday at Haverhill District Court in connection with the stabbing death of his wife.
Prosecutors said the couple lived in Haverhill for the past two months after having most recently lived in Las Vegas.
Police said they have no record of any restraining orders between the two. An autopsy is scheduled for Wednesday.
