COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio --A doubling shooting in Colerain Township is being investigated as a murder-suicide.The shooting happened at about 11:50 p.m. Friday at a home in the 3600 block of Twinview Drive.Investigators said two people were found dead from apparent gunshot wounds. Police said the couple had just completed a divorce."My wife heard the gunshots, we thought it was fireworks. It was almost midnight," neighbor Robert Hart said. The couple's identity has not been released, but relatives said the home belonged to the female victim.Detectives said it's not clear why the man was at the home, or who fired the shots."It sounded really loud, and then I heard a pop, and then three more after that, which I knew were gunshots," said Raeann McRoberts, a neighbor.Neighbors said there had never been any problems at the home before, and they're shocked that something like this happened on their tight-knit street."Too close to home -- too close to home, because I live two doors down and it's just a tragedy," Hart said. The bodies were take to the Hamilton County Coroner's Office for autopsy.
