Man, Woman Found Dead In Apparent Murder-Suicide

Kentucky State Police say two people are dead in Marion County from an apparent murder-suicide.

Police received word of a possible shooting at 2245 Danville Highway.


Investigators found the bodies on Wednesday James Brady, 30, and Cindy Tucker, 38. Both had apparent gunshot wounds.

Police say the two had been involved in a custody dispute, and had been in Marion County District Court in reference to an emergency protective order.
