A man was killed after a domestic dispute turned into a fire in Cheltenham, Prince George's County authorities said.
Police said they got a call around 5 p.m. Sunday about an argument between a man and a woman at a home in the 10000 block of Behun Drive. After the woman escaped, officials said the man locked himself inside in a standoff. At about 10:30 p.m. a fire broke out, and the man was found dead inside.
Police were still investigating Monday.
