Police in Colorado Springs say autopsy results show the deaths of a mother and her 13-year-old twin son and daughter to be a murder suicide.
Police Sgt. Steve Noblitt says three bodies were found at a Colorado Springs home Monday.
Rene Ogden, 38, formerly of Vidor, and her two children, Chase and Olivia have been identified.
Autopsy reports from the El Paso County Coroner's Office show Rene Ogden passed away from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. It appears she shot her children, then shot hersef.
Police interviewed Tommy Ogden about his wife and children. Officers say he is cooperation with investigators.
Tommy Ogden called police Monday after work and said he found his wife dead. Investigators
found the children's bodies after entering the home.
