Opening Statements To Begin On Monday

ALFRED, Maine -- A jury has been seated in the trial of man accused of killing his former fiance three years ago.
Jason Twardus is charged with murder in the death of Kelly Gorham.
Twardus as been held without bail since his arrest in January of last year.
Gorham, who was 30-years-old at the time, disappeared in August of 2007.
Her body was found a month later in a shallow grave on property owned by Twardus' father in northern New Hampshire.
Opening statements in Twardus' trial are scheduled for Monday morning.
